A Premier Luxury Services is proud to represent your company in the South Florida region, and we pledge to provide outstanding service while servicing your clients. Prior to accepting your request for service, please take a moment to read our affiliate farm-in agreement.
2. A Valid Credit Card along with a signed Charge Authorization form must be submitted prior to your request being confirmed. Pre-Payment is required for all hourly charters / as Directed, as well as all Sprinter jobs. Our vehicle and driver will not be dispatched until payment has been received.
3. Point to Point transfers are authorized for 1 (one) additional stop along the route for a duration of no longer than 15 (fifteen) minutes. Any additional stops will require authorization being obtained from you, and will be billed at 15 minute increments based on the hourly pricing for the vehicle.
4. Hourly Charters or As Directed Services rates have the following Minimum(s) Sedan & SUV Weekdays 3 hour minimum, weekends and Holidays 4 hour minimum. Sprinters and Mini-Buses have a 4 hour minimum on weekdays, and a 5 hour minimum on weekends. Rates are based on travel within our Local Service Area (20 mile radius from Miami International Airport). Hourly Charters or As Directed Services that extend beyond our Local Service Area are subject to additional charges of $0.77 – $1.17 (77 Cents – 1 Dollar and 17 Cents) per mile in addition to the hourly rate depending on vehicle type.
5. Cancellation Policy: Sedan’s and SUV’s have a 3 Hour prior to pickup time cancellation or modification policy. Sprinter Vans have a 5 Hour prior to pickup time cancellation or modification policy. Mini-Bus and Party Bus have a 24 Hour prior to pickup time cancellation or modification policy. Special Events cancellation policy shall supercede this policy.
6. FBO & Private Aircraft Arrivals: We recognize that many passengers flying privately do so for added convenience and security. However, we also need to ensure our chauffeurs are compensated for their time while performing a service request at an FBO for pickup. We must be able to track the aircraft via FlightAware, FlightView, or Flight Radar24. Our chauffeured vehicles will arrive at the scheduled FBO 20 minutes prior to the scheduled arrival time and waiting time will begin 5 minutes after aircraft has opened its door. We will honor the standard Transfer Rate on all flights that can be tracked via the aforementioned methods. If your aircraft is NOT trackable via the aforementioned methods, we will charge a 2 hour minimum based on the hourly rate for the vehicle requested. Additionally, the passenger and/or booking agent shall be responsible for communicating ANY changes to the arrival time to avoid any additional waiting time.
